Made to Order

All pieces are made to order, our recommended time frame for your item to be made is 14-21 working days (not inc. weekends or holidays) The next update that you will receive will be a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped. If you still haven’t received an email on the 21st working day please send us an email.

We can not guarantee items to arrive for a specific date unless agreed on before placing an order.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final, no exceptions. We offer size exchanges or store credit. Please contact if you would like to request an exchange. The item has to be in an unworn and unused condition with all tags still attached, within 14 days of delivery.

if you want to cancel an order please email within 24 hours of your order being placed. 

We do not offer exchanges on bespoke pieces. This includes length adjustments which is different from our standard length.


UK -  Orders are sent 1st class which is £5.50. This is a tracked service which requires a signature on delivery.

International - International orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked. Shipping is calculated at checkout, prices range from £14 to £20 depending on the weight of your order. International orders can take 7-14 days to arrive after dispatch.

If in the rare event that your order seems to be lost in the post and the tracking isn't updating. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. After this time period we are able to make a claim with Royal Mail and we will resend your order out to you.

We are not liable for any international customs charges that my incur. 

If you miss the delivery of your parcel and it is returned back to us, you will need to re-purchase shippings costs so we can send it back out to you.

If your package is marked as delivered by the courier but you do not have the item, we are no longer liable and you will have to contact the courier.

Faulty Product

We are so sorry you have received a faulty item. If you could please email with your order number and photos of your faulty item so we can review it.
